Groundhog Day Part I

A written piece

Groundhog day Part I

As the sun rays reflect across his shut but well rested eyes, he can tell its morning already. Eyes finally awoke by the voices of birds chirping, his only thoughts are hoping today will be different. Care less if tomorrow will be the same, just having the hope that today will be not like yesterday or the day before for that matter. Is it sad that he still keeps four pillows laying around and decorated pillows that she designed. Four pillows that he lies on when in fact he only use two. Looking at the wall with these infinite thoughts of his “Can it really be over“? Three years of the numerous breakups and few makeup’s and just like that, its over? Starring at the wall as if the wall will answer his questions. Ironically he waits for answer, but no one replies. Coming to an conclusion that only he can figure this one out himself. In a big room left alone with his thoughts and non answering walls, he just lies wishing he had a hobbies that will take his focus on something else. He has nothing to do, but sit and watched Groundhog day......To be continue
